On the Road Made Efficient

Handling claims in my neck of the woods requires hours of travel each way. This results in lost time in the office to do paperwork, reports, research, and communication causing delays in response time. That has changed now that I travel to long-distance assignments in my motorhome; my wife drives, I do paperwork.

Here are shots from a recent trip to eastern Long Island which we reached via the Cross Sound Ferry from New London, CT. Amazingly, the trip is about the same distance and time as traveling to northern Maine.
