The ultimate goal for all valid claims is indemnification of the claimant.
We will provide as little or as much service as you require to achieve indemnification.
LEVEL OF SERVICE
Desk review – send us a copy of the shop’s repair estimate with a few digital photos of the damage and we will audit the estimate for accuracy of labor hours and render an opinion about the validity of all damages claimed, and what aftermarket or alternative parts are available for the repair. (not available for MA claims)
Appraisal only – we will inspect the equipment and confirm that all damage resulted from the loss, complete a comprehensive damage appraisal and repair estimate and negotiate an agreed price with the owner’s chosen repairer.
Total loss evaluation – we will inspect the equipment, research and confirm the ACV, estimate the cost of repairs, and obtain salvage bids.
Full adjustment – in addition to appraisal and/or total loss, we will settle the claim, secure a proof of loss, execute a bill of sale/POA, transfer title, exchange salvage title for proceeds, and provide the Insured with written status every 30 days or as required by law until settlement is issued.
